The hot food display had good variety and unique recipes, the lady cook was passionate about her meal program, and explained they have unique and different specialties each day. I tried chicken spaghetti and it was very good. She mentioned Alfredo, and BBQ for other days for example. Nice to see enthusiasm at a truck stop kitchen, good meals keep civilization rolling.
