Employee Name Adi 0050 10/17/2020 We are a team of truckers stopping through to this location for a warm shower as we pass through (not sleep) and your employee begins a series of harassment with her use of the intercom, threatening a tow of our truck (a truck parked at the fuel isle less than 10 mins at this point). Side note: their was a US Xpress truck parked on the fire lane isles she potentially confused us as being when she saw us walk in to get a shower. Next my partner/girlfriend goes to the front desk to clarify her intentions on the matter to ensure she wasn’t referring to our truck where she then said “our truck wasn’t subject to the concern” and we thought that was that. 10 mins later, she then comes banging on our shower in order to “check if someone was in there” as she stated then following her message with “you been in there for 30 mins and that’s too long”. At this point we are a little pissed because her harassing behavior is clearly intentional at this point, so I let her know we will be done soon. Then Adi walks by telling us, well you better or we will tow your truck, then I called her an idiot for her consistent wreckless behavior. But she didn’t stop there, I asked for her name and she again threatened to tow our truck clearly parked temporarily as we showered and intended to get fuel at the diesel isle. After this experience we no longer wanted to shop at this loves and decided to take our business (180 gallons of diesel) to the Petro across the stress for a less hostile experience. This is a very embarrassing experience I had to endure at your store and it really speaks to the type of individuals you all are employing in this region to represent your brand. I was a district manager for speedway before I became a trucker and I know a lot about the customer service and your employees being the face of the company to petition for brand loyalty and return business and Adi is not it. If she acts like this with me, just image how many other customers she’s pulled this with that had not complained. I’m pretty sure this has happened before due to the intentionality of her behavior and threats and name-calling she displayed. As a brand I think you all are better than this due to the many other experiences I have had with loves that was wholesome and worthy of return business. With your business model being so heavily dependent on commercial business, I would hope that her reckless behavior would not be the barrier between return business of fleets who had negative run ins with this employee. I think she is not a good steward of your brand and may be a Rep for the wrong reasons. She seemed to be on a power trip and had ill intentions to make her “authority felt” Instead of the customer appreciated. Truly sad.
