Beware of the Haw River, NC location. Their staff has been known to make false sexual harassment/assault claims against male customers and Pilot will not give you access to video footage to clear your name without a subpoena. The Pilot customer service will not help and there is no way to speak to anyone in the HR department to clear anything up. So if anything happens at any of their locations, just skip to filing a police report and sue. Or better yet, go to a different gas station entirely.
