TruckMap is a cross-platform mapping app that helps tens of thousands of truck drivers get to where they're going every day. We're focused on making these drivers' jobs easier and safer and impacting how 7% of the U.S. economy moves around every year. We need you to help us create the new features that will continue to make TruckMap every trucker's favorite driver app.

You're a smart, thoughtful engineer who wants to work on a small, product-focused team. To you, the user experience is just as important as the codebase. You love learning about new technologies, and appreciate how business goals ultimately drive engineering and product decisions.
About the role
You'll be a core contributor to our React Native mobile app. This means you should have experience with React and understand when to use libraries like Redux and/or Recoil. We'll ask you to show some code and talk about it, whether it's a web or mobile app you've shipped, open-source code you've contributed, or any other projects you've worked on.
This doesn't just mean you'll be writing code, though. As part of the product team, you'll also be involved in brainstorming, feature planning, and design.
